February 22, 2005: Representative Todd Smith (R-District 92); Representative Rob Eissler (R-District 15); Alan Steen, Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) Administrator; and Shannon Adams, field director with The Century Council arrived at the Texas State Capitol today to showcase a national public education and awareness campaign. Statewide Tour Against Drunk Driving Starts in Tallahassee

January 26, 2005: Florida Attorney General Charlie Crist and Maria Tildon, Senior Vice President of The Century Council, visited Florida State University (FSU) today to showcase a national public education and awareness campaign. the event kicked off the Blood Alcohol Educator's statewide tour to educate Floridians about the dangers of drunk driving. The national bilingual effort is a response to recent research demonstrating that seven out of 10 adults report that they do not know the blood alcohol concentration (BAC) limit for driving in their own state.  more
